And basically saying 'hey, we exist, here's our site's demographic and here's what we can offer you in terms of promotions?'

That way if they have a campaign that comes in they might consider reaching out to you to include your site on it?

I tried that with Peruvian media centrals last month here in Lima. They all replied "we do not provide that kind of service"
