If so, when a client registers through WHMCS, does it automatically create an account in WHMCS and WHM for you?

It will create the accounts.
And it will also track the usage on each account and report it back to WHMCS.
It will also talk to your domain registrar (most) and track domain expirations.

It's a little bit of setting up to do, if you're inexperienced I have a guy who can help you set all that up but I doubt it'd be free on his end.

Yeah, can I get someone to help me sync it all? I have both working but it's all manual. I also am totally lost how to integrate WHMCS into my site design... any help of either would be appreciated.

I've got a guy quoting $20 for the WHMCS & WHM integration to be able to do all the aforementioned plus send out the Cpanel reg and everything email to my clients. Is that good?

Need this all ASAP

it was just for the integration between WHMCS and WHM.

What is a good price for integration of WHMCS into my website design?

I've set it up a few times. It takes a couple hours to set up, test, configure all the notices, etc...

Your quote won't get you any of that done in english would be my guess.

Then throw in design integration (different skill set totally).... I'd think you are looking at at least 1k done right. Or you can spend less than that and probably not be happy with the result and waste your time :)

Ok, so I'm on the final step for design integration... I've got my header HTML and footer HTML figured out, but I'm not sure how to put it into header.tpl and footer.tpl

.tpl files are just like any other html files. If your editor can't edit tpl files do some googling - you can usually hack them so you can edit tpl files.

I'm able to edit them. I just am not sure how I am supposed to integrate my header and footer portion of the HTML with the TPL files already existing coding.
