Anyone know where to get Disposable Phone Numbers?

Does anyone know of any service that offers disposable phone numbers? I don't want them free; I am willing to pay for it. I just can't find a good source for it. I found some decent ones, but instead of real numbers, they just give you a number with different extension codes. I am not looking for those.

If your using the numbers for Verified Craigslist accounts you can always use pay phones. Drive around with a lap top and a connect card and answer phones all night.

ahhh but where would you find the payphones?
 
It's sounds like a plus to be able to have a number in each area code you are placing a cr*igs list ad in, rather than using a bunch of pay phones in your own area.
Can pay phones or voip number be detected for selective banning.
