Anyone still making money with Adsense?

I put a small ad on each of my affiliate sites in financial niches and it pulls in an extra $100 or so a month and usually grabs the people who are going to leave the website anyways so it is worth it.

Too bad the heydays of AdSense are over.

As people say, there is still money to be made from AdSense, but it is not as easy as it once was.

Just like everything else, you need a lot of traffic and then test and tweak the hell out of the performance.

Fuckin Awesome Feezy & Extremist!

you guys using Wordpress or custom building your sites? Or some other CMS?

Thanks Lambo,

My sites are all Wordpress now. With the SEO plugins and what not, it's so much easier to keep decent SERP's

Yup. Quick easy money a lot of people now overlook.

$10/day on adsense for a month is an easy $1.5k flip.

How about $50 a day? What could you sell that for?

Most people on flippa/sitepoint that think a seller is over priced will comment that a site usually sells for x months of revenue. Conservative $4500 (3 months rev) to $9000 (6 months rev), there maybe a mental barrier to getting over $10K for a site with just AdSense, and for those kind of numbers there is going to be an expectation of reasonable age to the domain, a domain established 2 months ago with that kind of rev is going to throw up a lot of red flags.

I still have a little arbitrage working. 2 horrible sites with 40% CTR making $200-$300/month. I haven't spent 20 minutes in the last 3 months on it. I was thinking maybe of spending a few days trying to grow it again but it feels like a step backward.
