I like going face-to-face so I just hired BlogHue (he's from here, look him up).

He did one PSD to Wordpress for me and another PSD to vBulletin - both things work fucking well and if I have a question I just ping him on skype, he's awesome like that.

I think psd2html are the most known in this field, but not the cheapest.
These guys have really low prices.

Never used any of them, just bookmarked.

I ended up hiring BlogHue for this job. It turned out excellent the client was extremely pleased.
