Personally, I don't like it much. Not only is there no where to update or change your account information, password, etc., but I'm not showing any conversions using the new links, whereas on the old system it was pretty accurate. Not sure what the issue is with that, but they can't seem to find a problem. I went from about 2% conversion rate with the old links, to 0% with the new ones. Something has to be wrong. Looks like I'll be going back to Neverblue for a while if they can't sort it out.

I agree with you on the account part. The interface is great and easy to manage but I absolutely cannot stand not being allowed to edit my account. I'm not sure about the reporting though, haven't setup any major campaigns with them lately.

I dont understand why they changed. the system they had in place was perfect and awesome.

+ what happened to all the old stats? doesnt show anything from past in new system :\

I haven't even switched over yet. Does anyone know how long til they stop using the old tracking system completely?

I'm not sure what the click/conversion issue is but if you want to pm me or call me personally in the morning I would be happy to jump and get myself involved with the issue. We have over 1,000 affiliates running on the system now so I'm curious to see what this is.

As far as the password problem, that's on the admin side (for now) which we will get resolved. For now, I've personally changed at least 50 passwords upon request and your AM will do the same if you shoot them a quick message.

Keep in mind, we are still in a migration but this system allows us to stretch our reach out so much passed our own network based traffic to our own offers. I'm of course taking any critique of the new system and relaying so we get changes made. I understand we cannot please everyone, however we will do our best.

Hit me up tomorrow with this click/conversion issue, I'll put myself to work and try to figure it out. This is the first I've seen other than capped offers and redirects.

Took a while to get used to it but I actually really like it now.

My only gripe is that the display really screws up when you access it via an iPhone, although I'm sure a mobile friendly version is on the to do list after everyone gets transitioned.

Would anyone care to post some screenshots of the new system?

I haven't bothered getting a login to the new account as I haven't really ran any traffic with them, although if the tracking is badass maybe I'll run some split tests against them.

Thanks Ruck,

I actually emailed Ryan yesterday on this so hopefully he'll take a look and see if there's something wrong. I only changed everything over a couple of days ago, but I'm still showing hundreds of clicks with zero conversions. This wasn't the case with the old links.

I messed around with the new links right after you guys made them available a month or so ago, and the same thing was happening with no conversions reporting, so Ryan advised to just switch back for the time being. Since the old system is going away soon, hopefully it's just something stupid that we can figure out. We're not talking thousands of dollars a day or anything, but I'd like to get it worked out so I can keep pushing these offers.

efeezy, I'll get this squared away for you...I believe I know where the issue lies. I'll follow up with you personally in a bit. Apologies for the snafu...we'll get this fixed.

efeezy...good news. I've resolved the problem and it was not related to our new tracking system. There was an error on the advertisers end with our link, where they had redirected us without notice several months back. In turn, we had the campaign live with shoddy links, hence no leads tracked.

That being said, you'll be glad to know that you did in fact have multiple conversions from the traffic you sent in Sept. in addition to the small test you sent this last week. I'll get your account credited and update you accordingly with additional details.

Tracking is now fixed and we should have no more issues moving forward. Hit me up direct if you have any questions or concerns. But of course, I will be in touch with you directly with all this. Thanks!

We found the problem, it was simply due to a bad link from our advertiser. It has now been resolved. If anyone has any questions regarding our new system feel free to PM me direct or post back here and I'll do my best to get it answered for you.

Cool, thanks Ryan. I sent you an email about the international stuff. Let me know what you think.

I really like the new interface but looks like I'm in the minority....

Nice and clean and easy to navigate.
