Hello, I launched a site this week and I want to do some email marketing. However, I understand that Opt-in mailing lists are the best to use, since they won't see it as spam. Can anyone provide me with sources where I can get a low cost opt-in mailing list? My website provides ad-space auctions, free classified ads and on-site advertising so I am trying to market it. Any help would be appreciated.
