An arbitrage example for the curious.

Getting me about 40% average CTR.

Centered design, 3 adspaces, ~500 words, .net domain.

wow that looks bad... suprised it gets 40%... i woulda thought 35% at best...

still not up to my 50% yet... keep trying.

Just started with this.
I'll keep tweaking, don't ya worry.

Where are you getting traffic from? I think when mentioning CTR, it's also important to mention the source of the traffic because some PPC traffic is absolute trash (you'd get 0.001% CTR regardless of your layout) while some other sources are not so bad.

Content matters, too. On one page I'm getting 20-30% CTR, while on another page with the exact same layout but different niche it's 0-5%.

I am currently getting traffic from searchfeed.

I have also opened an account at 7search, but despite advertising the same site with the same and then some keywords, I am not getting any traffic from them....

Although 7search has been touted a lot here, it does shit all for me. :repuke:

i thought the same thing jdog, 40% with searchfeed is amazing.. you must have a kick ass niche

i got 75% CTR my first day with arbi with the layout i posted in another thread, unfortunately I hid the link ads too well as a navigation, and got loads of those clicks, and they pay shit,

You may find that the ads at the bottom aren't really helping you...IF you take them out you may get a higher EPC and your ctr may not change too much...

Nice CTR. Is the item on the left of the left ad "graphical cues" that line up the ad to it's right? Supposedly those increase CTR.

Yes they are.
