Are there alternatives to the 'usual' arbi traffic sources?

Are there alternatives to the usual PPC sources for arbitrage traffic? For example: bulk clicked text deals? You still pay for the traffic but it doesn't come from PPC.

With arbitrage, the thing is that you want targetted traffic - not just any traffic. If you get a bunch of untargetted traffic, your CTR will plummet. With paid traffic, you are sure to reach your targeted audience - targeted for your content (and hence, Ads).

There are of course other ways, such as posting links in forums or blogs specific to your niche for example.
