Does anyone know where to find a form that you have your outsourced writers fill out to avoid these kinds of issues? Of course you can run finished products through copyscape but I think this is a procedure to have...

Do you mean a non-disclosure agreement, or an assignment (assignment e.g. the person actually writing the material agrees to 'assign' the benefit of the works to you/ your company) ?
thanks for asking the question because I think I may need/want both. nice icon by the way - lived on the main line for years...
Anyway, basically a standard form (too lazy to google it) that you have your contractors, outsourcers sign to protect the sensitivity of your work...never can be too careful these days....
