Got my review back earlier today from Mike.
I got all 250 articles as promised, as well as a file with the spin syntax he used.
There's some seriously heaving spinning going on here, and the few articles I checked are surprisingly readable.
I've never ordered such a service before, so I have nothing to compare the work to. But I'm definitely satisfied with it, and look forward to using the content.
Also: If anyone can recommend a tool that checks articles for % uniqueness in batches, let me know, and I'll happily post the results.

I always use this (https://www.thelinkjuicer.com/support.documentation.html#spyntax) to check my spins, I like it because you just input your spintax.

Still need to check the uniqueness in the deliveries [thanks for the link VendingGuy] and would be interested in the service at the price if the content was with spun syntax but overall very satisfied.

I think I am finding out the hard way why this thread never got any traction 
Order and paid for spun article 4 days ago. Was informed via pm that it be worked on asap. ( I took that as immediately )
Inquired yesterday via pm about the status and was told I would get it today. Well 30 hrs later - no article and no reply to pm anymore.
Too bad - I was really looking forward to some well spun articles ( not some automatic crap - I assumed at those prices that what I would get ).
So at this point I think I'll be just happy with getting the spun versions at one point and keep on looking for a reliable provider.
