Brian, I'm very frustrated with your communication. I had ordered 10 articles 3 weeks before you said you close the service. You promised to deliver them in 2 weeks. Since that time I haven't got any reply even though I sent you several PM's and emails and I saw you were online. These articles were critical for my business success and I counted on you as on a good and verified with previous orders writer. What happened? Couldn't you let me know beforehand that you were not going to complete the order? Or at least to answer the last email. Such behavior is unacceptable in the business world. Sorry.
