If anyone can please interpret and explain to me wtf this guy is talking about +rep.
I told him i'll take 50 articles and asked him to add me on AIM and he responded with:

I'll admit I didn't totally understand his post in this thread but it sounded cheap.
 
Deligy I would like to get that rep,

Here is what I mean.

Only 50 articles are available at $1.60. and I was in talk with some one else for 25 articles. You were asking for 50 articles. Now can you tell me if its fair to give you all 50 articles and ask the other guy to keep quiet? So I just asked you to wait and let me finish the deal with him, & then I will come back to you.

I hope you understand that.

If you currently have dealings with this guy I suggest you arrange another method of communication in the next two days. All his threads are closed and he will be on a 30 day ban starting in two days. Hopefully when he comes back he'll learn to follow through on his sale promotions.
