I saw a landing page with CNN, forbes logo, with caption "as see on these media outlets"...

is this legal ? how do they not get sued by these companies for using their logo ? and claiming it was on news when it never was....

please explain !

adwords (site targeting), press releases, etc...if they picked up your ad or release, then technically your site could have been seen on cnn, huff post, etc.

If they've got that then I'm guessing there's probably a 90% chance the page also has some douche leaning on his sweet ride! And about a 100% chance the product is complete crap meant for newbz.
