We had one last time, did okay for us, but since our rankings are slipping a bit lately, it would be nice to get some more IBL's for WickedFire. Deep linking is plenty fine too. It wasn't BH based, but that's what won it.
This contest can be more or less for those BH SEO types that have a huge advantage over the WH link submitter that focuses on directories, but rarely get contests thrown their way.
Because WickedFire itself is a "trusted site" within Google, we can far exceed the number of IBL's that other sites and pages would trip a filter with, and if we just so happen to trip a filter, well, fuck it, it was worth the fun to try to dominate for our keywords anyhow!
Most types of links are fine, but please be aware that the following is a list of links that are NOT allowed in this contest:
- Blog comment spam
- Forum posting spam
- FFA's, classifieds, all that garbage.
- Trackbacks
Everything else is fair game. Getting linked on blogs, forums or any other type of page on "trusted" sites, such as .edu's or .gov's is worth lots more. <EDIT>Referrer log links are also accepted, although we'd appreciate if you don't solely focus on them.
This contest ends in a week from today:
Tuesday May 22nd 2007 at 10pm EST!!
You must submit a list of the links you've attained that we will check to make sure you aren't just throwing together a random bullshit list.
