I'm pretty sure you should dress business casual at an upscale lounge, that means no tshirts you hillbillys.

Oh, and maybe you should wear your earners forum tshirt to lee dodds private party, oh wait, that guy doesn't condone alcohol or partying. Have fun at the lee dodd affiliate summit west bible study.
