I got a great domain from OP. Good D/A and TF.

I received a former tech sales site that was dropped roughly 10 years ago.

The domain has a clean history (no spamming whatsoever) with more than a few editorial links from some very powerful authority sites such as The Register (UK); most of them are DF links on internal pages with PA40+.

According to Majestic the present statics are as follows:
DA: 15
PA: 27
CF: 16
TF: 14

Thanks OP, I can’t use it personally due to the niche but I’m going to develop it for a very happy client.

In conclusion: This is a pretty solid service at a decent price, and as such highly recommended...

Regarding "Niche Relevant" Domains

Niche domains are not guaranteed. I can get you Generic/Brandable domains but niche domains are the hardest to find. Instead of PM'ing me, you can just go on and place your order. For a 5 domains order, I might get you 2-3 niche domains (As requested in the "Additional Comments/Instructions" section).

Currently, these are the domains that you can ask for and I can deliver them without any hassle:
Gaming Niche
Tech Niche
Generic
Brandable

For any other niche, this rule apply -

Be it Niche Relevant or not, these are domains with real editorial links. I already got neg repped by senior members saying "Stop outing peasant". If you are not getting in just because "The niche doesn't fit in", then you are losing a big deal "Ranking Factor".
