Does anyone else have a hard time getting AZN to give pay bumps? I find they are by far the hardest network to get pay bumps from. I.e. the typical scenario I have with them is I ask for a pay bump, they sort of bitch and complain about it, and then come back offering a 5% bump, which is about half as generous as the bumps I get from the other networks I work with.

How much volume per day do you have to drive with them before they take you seriously?

I'm sure it depends on your manager. As with all networks, some AM's will take the risk on a bump in hopes of a pub scaling up their traffic before they hear shit for it.

Yes, everyone. Studies show that that the AZN network is 47.5% more difficult than the control group networks to get a bump approved on.

Funny you should mention this. When the AZN 'Employee Training Guide' was leaked to the internet last year, there was a clause that told new AMs that it's part of company policy to bitch and complain as much as it is reasonably possible if the pub is requesting a bump.

Yep, the aforementioned study showed that on average, most of AZN's bumps were about %4.47 higher than the original payout, which is about %51.27 lower than the control group of networks, who's average bumps are about %10.77 up from the original payout.

You must drive about $448.33 dollars of revenue per day sustained for about 2.1 weeks for them to put you in the "seriously" category of their AM rankings.

I've found Azoogle to be better than most other networks I work with about pay bumps. Usually all I need to do is tell my AM I'm thinking of pushing an offer and they give me a pretty big pay bump.
