I went to these networks to try and sign up but ran into a road block. It asks me for all of the website information. As of right now I don't have a site up and running or anything.

From everything that I have read on here, I thought it was possible to just sign up with cj or azoogle with your domain name, and then set up some sort of landing page on that domain and try to drive traffic to it? Isn't that what a lot of people do with these ringtone sites?

With CJ just sign up with a mailing list, and if you don't have one make it up.

With Azoogle you are going to need a site. They called me and asked me a bunch of questions about my site.

And yes a lot of people setup a landing page on their domain for affiliate sales.

So like with Azoogle, I don't technically need a site up and running do I? I just need to have the domain name and information for what I'm planning if they ask?

I don't think you'll get in without a semi-established site with some US traffic. At least those were the kind of questions they asked me (How much traffic...What percentage is US).

If you want in that bad and can't wait, just throw up a page and fudge your traffic numbers.
