Azoogle Tax Form Question

hey, I am filling out this application for Azoogle and they require that I send in this W-9 form. Is this form for the reporting of income that I might make or is this form requesting my income tax records for the previous filing?

You don't put financial info on a W-9.

thanks barman, the question was are they going to request my tax forms or just insure that the tax id number is valid?

The form is just so that Azoogle can do their books at the end of the day. I wouldn't worry about it to much as you don't include any of your own financial information on how much you earn.
