I looked at the code, just to make sure I wasn't missing anything (as I often do due to script blocker and other security bits).

The site's made in SWSoft SiteBuilder, and he still can't make the links work! Even sadder is that he's used fairly outdated version.
This is software so simple that I've actually recommended it to my mother when she wanted to make a website years ago.
