So I'm still a lil confused. Is the links placed on the inner pages of this site? PR of the inner pages and the homepage is two different things. Also, I'm guessing I can't post to 20 pr sites for 1 site every other day?

The links are are placed on the profile pages of forums(just like angelas and pauls backlinks).All the sites are do follow, and after submission u will get a detailed report.
