A quick update: All regular spots are taken and new writers are added to the waiting list. It takes few days to a week to pass from the waiting list to the regular writers list.

the prospect lloks good, but you have poker and viagra links on there, unless you want to let it turn into a cesspool of bad neighbourhood sites, I would suggest you restrict what type of content gets placed on there.
Sadly without any quality control, and "automatic approval" policy, I think your website is going to nosedive into crappy territory.

Thanks for your comments. In the begining Viagra posts were allowed and now they are forbidden, but I don't delete old posts (unless they violate the rules, which they don't since they were created before Viagra was disallowed).
The poker posts are ok since they are about zynga poker which is a non gambling platform and the posts don't link to a site that offer gambling, so its ok by me.
It is a tough task to keep the quality high, the automatic ranking script is just part of the solution, I do also manual reviews (only 100 authors to monitor).
