Before I begin I just want to tell you that I am a moron.

That being said here is what I am looking for

My brother in law knows a guy who wholesales beef jerky. I bought $500 bucks worth and started selling it on my rout at work. Let me just say that it is going over really really well and Since I am fucking around on the internet, I started seeing $$$$$$$$$ Signs. Now I have access to beef, buffalo, turkey, alligator all kinds of other meets to. So my vision is to set up a simple little website in where the visit or can see what I have to offer and place an order. Order comes to me and I fill pack and ship. the more automated the better I guess. But this is a real business and has real potential and I need a real presence.

Now this is where My smarts stop and my moronic state of human existence starts. I don't have the slightest clue on how to proceed to the next step. Do I look for a template? Scripts?, What kind of website would I need in place to do this kinda shit. IF anyone can help me Or if anyone wants to invest or partner Let me know. any advice on how to go to the next step please would be appreciated.

I got attorney although I think your joking about that part, I got merchant account. does anyone know people who can put this together? someone i can outsource this project to?

Yeah, it's super simple. I used to be able to install, configure and get PayPal Pro working on osCommerce in 30 minutes or less when I was in PayPal's Tech Support. I actually walked a customer through in about 35 minutes once.

If you can install scripts, set up a database and follow basic instructions, you should be able to get the basics finished in less than an hour and have a working site in about one night.

Make it a learning experience and do it yourself. osCommerce is not hard to install.

Yeah I could do it myself. But Not Time. Work full time job and work with father at auto repair shop. Tis the reason for outsource.

Hey seo mike. Care for a project? HEll I'll even send you jerky to get you started heheheh

ZenCart is an alternative to osCommerce (a source branch I think). Anyway ... head over to osCommerce or ZenCart's forums ... find the help wanted section and get your job outsourced. I recently setup Zen using their LinkPoint payment gateway tied to my bank account .... $60 SSL certificate ... decent shared hosting and the website flies ... it's amazing how quickly & cheaply you can setup a full-featured store.

Jerky for payment...hmm...I must ponder this one...

Food...money...food...money...

PM me, we can talk. BTW, Zencart is very nice. I like the front end a lot better than osCommerce's, it's cleaner.

What's the conversion rate - US to Beef Jerky???

yes Raj. Want to outsource. Have no time or skill to design, code, etc. But If site takes off then I wont have to WORK and can devote all my time to internet. This jerky is freakin delicious and I know the profit margin is there for me. I just need a platform to sling the jerky from. I already have folding signs, coffee machine, table, display boxes,a trailer and hitch, already got vendors lisence from city and have picked a corner. but i dont wanna be outside I would rather be filling orders from my garage drinking a beer and tokin a bowl. You got my yahoo... Message me when you catch up with your emails

Fuck that I'm sold on the jerky. It's hard to find the good stuff around here. I personally like the hard to chew dry dry shit. Have any of that? I'd buy 5lbs.
