Best advertising integration you've seen on a content website?

I'm not really talking about adsense integration/blending. I'm talking more about the layout of a news/article/content website, like CNN or Forbes for example.

I'd like to have a leaderboard, skyscaper and rectangle (all above the fold if possible. Any one have an example layout of this?

What type of site software are you using? or Content Management System? If you're using Wordpress I think you just edit the header.php file.

Leaderboard's always worked good for my site due to the fact they give higher paid clicks then link units.
