I had AM problems w/ azoogle about 6-8 months ago. I talked to aim name "MitchAzoogle" and he took care of things & got me a new AM.

I have her, she's cool she calls me all the time. Always gets back to me fast
shes the 7th am at azoogle ive had in a year, hopefully they dont switch me again
even though they don't have a sub forum here, I'm 100% positive azoogle reads these forums. I remember saying that my AM seemed annoyed when I asked him questions and the next day my AM messaged me to ask what was up (they mentioned their boss read the post I made)lol.
That was my old AM. I haven't really spoke to my new AM much. That's probably the primary reason why I'm trying copeac right now. Although I don't talk to my AM on copeac that much as well, he at least tries to push me from time to time.
don't use Michael Boghosian. big prick, never gets back to me and provides zero knowledge or help. i called him, asked for a few questions and got bs answers that even i as a newbie knew it was dead wrong. he pointed me to an offer and said no restrictions, no landing page needed. surely, after i started researching the terms, it said no direct linking. called him and asked him to clarified and he said "hmmm... it does need a LP but you DO KNOW how to put one together right?" as in if you don't i cant help you. but thats not the point. the point is he doesnt know jack and is supposed to help but never had he provided an oz of useful info.

Same experience with AzoogleAds.
They seem to be allergic to email and i get answering machines.
I have tried to get someone to answer my questions i had, have an AM assigned to my account with no success.
Even after Alex Zhardanovsky (Co-Founder) specifically emailed Mitchell Richler about it.
Hydra also seem to be allergic to using email, i've emailed them on multiple occasions now already, no reply whatsoever...
It's evident that these companies don't care about new affiliates.
Great companies in my experience who do care are:
Advaliant
NeverBlueAds
Copeac
CPAEmpire
These companies have given me a good impression, and it doesn't matter to them if i am not a super affiliate, they took me in and i know they're there when i need them.
With Azoogle and Hydra it's clear, you only matter if you start making money right of the batt and if you don't or not enough then you don't matter and they ignore you completely.
I can vouch for Ryan Sessler. I made jack shit my first 6 months of AM but he always answered my e-mails/IM. I've only had 1 AM so I can't vouch for the network's overall qualty of AM's, but I can recommend mine.
Matt Mirman is good. He has helped me along the way, sometimes limping. He has been very patient and always tells me of the new and upcoming stuff. I couldnt say enough good things about him, however I think it is time to change his picture when I log in. I get sick of looking at the same mug every day. maybe a new pic of him every day would help my earnings.

try sending some leads in their direction, they probobly have tons of affiliates that dont do dick for them and ask alot of questions
I have to disagree 100%. Mike's a great AM, the best I have from ANY network, and always goes above and beyond to help me out, even when I don't produce for shit for months on end.
I am a lurker here but I will break the silence to chime in.
I also completely disagree about Mike. He is one of the best AM's I have had the pleasure of working with. I recently joined AzoogleAds to promote one of their offers I was interested in. From the start Mike has been on top of things and whenever something changed or if an offer had a problem I would always get a phone call immediately saving me lots of potential lost money. I have had offers pulled out from under my feet before and my AM never bothered calling. I have not had that problem with Mike.
Mike even went so far as to provide me his personal cell number. He went on vacation, and as luck would have it, it was late at night and I had problems with an offer. He returned my call at 11pm after a plane flight!
To the OP about Mike, I think any AM is going to get annoyed if you ask newbie questions. Especially the good Affiliate Managers because they are always the most busy.
I agree with you 100%. I am a top performer in other networks. I had never used Azoogle though and when I signed up Mike helped me from day one.
The guy knows what he is doing and is available 24/7. If you think there are better AMs than him youd be dead wrong.
