#1 is absolute shit, but I guess it all depends on the niche. Personally my favorite ones were #3 and #8. Top notch designs right there, the owner must be making BANK!

I think #2,4 and 6 are winners. A few of those are crap but you never know what works until you test it!
Well since no one here can be bothered to give a serious answer, and I like giving stuff away...here's a page I used for a while that converted very nicely.
Exactofuckinlutely. And the Tab Mix Plus plugin with the setting to open offsite links in new tabs in the background.
What is the CTR on that page? I need to find someone who can design lp like that.

First up, there's a book on good design sitting on my shelf: Landing Page Optimization: A Definitive Guide. And by shelf, I mean it's a PDF on my phone, because I don't pay for textbooks ever...
Go to Amazon, look it up. Buy it if you can't find it on the torrents.

Now, everything in the book is pretty much basic design and a little bit of SEO. Seriously, that's all it is. But if you're just starting, or you're shit house at graphic design, it's not bad.
