I asked the same questions and came to teh conclusion that the databases that are readily for sale are pretty overused.

I have a contract coder who does AMAZING work in Python. Takes him just a few days to get a quick scraper for even the most complex of sites.

PM me and I'll forward you his contact information. Typically costs me $15/hour and has been well worth it.
