First I'd like to address icemusike's work ethic.
The reason that I find icemusike so annoying is also the reason that you should give it a try. There is no time to breathe. Within 10 minutes of me receiving the e-mail report I had a message on AIM and 2 PM's on WF. So I'll give that to 'em, follows up extremely fast.
Now let's go onto the other half of the work ethic. I found a couple problems in the first report. And then a couple in the second. However, they were all redone and fixed after I brought it up. Definitely is all about customer satisfaction and getting shit done. Don't be shy if you see something wrong, let icemusike know and it should get fixed.
As far as the power it's a good mix of a lot of types of links and did the trick, a few page 2/3 to page 1 movements on some lower competition keywords and for the cost I can't really say there's anything wrong with it. It's a good amount of multiple-footprint links for the price, and the price isn't bad at all. The only issue I had, like I said above, was the URL's in the articles sometimes weren't placed but were fixed quickly.
I'd say give it a try. Everyone has to evaluate for themselves, but it's worth a shot.

Value: Excellent for the price. The quality and the quantity of the links is well worth the cost.
Quality of work: I did not check every link, but the random ones that I did check were in place as promised.

I know this claim is ridiculous, but my hope was that this service would move me up at least 5-10 spots. So far, I have seen no improvement for my money. I am still holding out hope that this wasn't a complete waste of time and money, and will post again if there is any kind of improvement.

Your niche is one on the most difficult to rank, and you know that.
For this kinds of niches, I always allow about 3 weeks to see improvments.

Well a few users already posted reviews and i belive they mentioned about the serp positions as well.
It depends from niche to niche. Some niches work great in 2,3 days, other may take weeks..
