Hi Grant,
There are a few ways to attract affiliates. Here's one way...
Once you have your sales funnel (sales letter, autoresponder sequence, etc.) built, spend some cash at the PPC engines to send traffic to your site. Keep tweaking your funnel until you're achieving an attractive, consistent conversion ratio.
Once you have an attractive conversion ratio, approach affiliates. Establish a presence on forums that attract high-volume affiliates. Subtly let others know about your high conversion ratio. A lot of affiliates will be open to sending traffic to your site if your site converts.
But, before you approach affiliates, you should make sure your sales funnel maximizes conversions and minimizes refunds. Otherwise, affiliates will spread the word that your funnel stinks (even if you fix it later), killing your chances to build momentum in the affiliate community.
There are a lot of ways to attract affiliates (getting exposure on ClickBank, doing launches, etc.).
Hope that gives you an idea or two.
Hi,
I have just started an affiliate program for my software application and was wondering what the best move would be next for me to get affiliate marketers coming to promote my product?
Thanks,
Grant
