search-term.com, or searchterm.info (no dash)?

for ppc campaigns - in a small niche with very few search results.

I think someone who sees the url would be more likely to click on a .com then a .info.

I tried this both ways on one of my bussiness sites, not PPC. And the .com won on the numbers side.

Maybe it was because people do not want to give a .info credit card info, but I think that the .com is just more proffesional.

no dash and always go for the .com over anything else, but if the .com is taken get the .net.

Id say it depends.
If you're going to use the domain for a trashy site that'll last a few months then go for the cheaper .info

If you're looking to grow the site overtime then go for the .com
