forgive my untrusting nature, I want to sign up.. by why exactly is it free? how do you make any profit off this? just want to ensure my campaigns would be safe. thanks 
We provide the basic tracking features for free, along with other free items (affiliate classroom, etc). We then have premium features that come with an upgrade price. Lots of free users, lots of paying users. Works great for people of all budgets.
umm where is the free self hosted version? i click on it, and then it makes me verify my account (which says it will charge me 20 bucks) then after that I click on self hosted and only see a $600 download. $620 != free.
cancelled my account after i saw no hint of free but just impending charges...still got charged $20..bump....

Definitely not free, assuming you want it to be worthwhile anyway. You can get the Bevo-hosted version for free but it won't have any of the features that make a good tracking solution; you have to pay $19.95/month for those, and it's still not self-hosted. That version is $600.
Also, my request for "Please implement a way to delete PPV campaigns" was apparently interpreted as "Instead of implementing a feature to delete individual PPV campaigns myself, please just erase all of the data in all of my PPV campaigns."
Indeed, it was taken care of ASAP. All of my data is gone. I'm switching back to Prosper. I'll sacrifice an extra 0.2-second load time to not have to deal with this.

For future reference, I respond to my emails within 24 hours during the week, however I do not always check my wickedfire messages. We also have someone always monitoring the support forum as well. Next time just shoot me an email at ryan(at)bevomedia(dot)com for a faster response.
Sorry about the confusion regarding the PPV deletion. Our programmers are in the middle of programming a feature, and i knew it would take 10-14 working days until we came around to implementing a designated "delete stats" feature for PPV campaigns. So for the sake of time, I just had one of my guys manually clear your stats per request. I will take blame for misunderstanding, as I should of clarified exactly what you wanted cleared. As always, if there is anything else you need, just shoot me an email.

Our basic service is free. The "free" version offers everything that T202 does plus more. There are plenty of stuff we are offering for free.
Users then have the ability to upgrade for $19.95 a month to use some additional features. Also, users can purchase some of our apps which have their own payment terms pending on the feature.
We adjusted the revenue model a bit from when we first launched for beta. We found that many more people were happy to pay $19.95 for an upgraded feature set, and then buy features individually, rather than pay $200 a month for an all inclusive upgrade.

OK, I signed up. What features can I use? I can't import stats, I can't download self hosted, I can't add networks. Everything I click on in the bevo interface is blocked asking me to verify my account.
I cannot verify my account without agreeing to a $19.95 recurring monthly fee.
What can I do for free with bevo?
Trust me, your email was nowhere to be found on any support page on the Bevo site, otherwise I would've emailed you. I added you on Skype and saw your "send email for support" unavailable status, and was frustrated that there was neither your email nor even a generic support@bevo email anywhere on any page. Under "Support" on the main page, there are links to the forum, tutorials and Prosper Import. I couldn't find any support email on the forum either.
I didn't request that anything be deleted by you. I was asking if it were possible to delete campaigns myself, and if so, how to do it. I have no idea how you got "please delete my campaigns for me" out of that. Also, I find it interesting that people have been requesting this kind of feature for months on the forum and elsewhere, yet you're just now getting started on it?

I think it's because the setup cost is different then the normal server fee. If they'd charge you for setup cost it would be like a fixed amount + the server fee of 20 bucks per month. I might be wrong but that's what I understand from this.

You can go to Tracker Tab --> Tracking Codes-->Create New... Input your information, get your URL, input it into your campaign, and view your stats generated. If you are not a paying member, you just manually need to input your converted subids, or use a pixel to capture your conversions. If you are a paying member, you dont have to do that as everything sync's in.
@Bofu - Self hosted is a paid feature, hence why you see that.
Lots of paid users, lots of free users. Pretty much your choice if you want to spend the $ for the added benefits. We are constantly adding new features by the weeks!
