BLAMads content not unlocking.

I've been using Adscend and haven't had a problem with the gateway. Recently implemented blam but when the offer is completed, the content remains locked.

Anyone experiencing this problem?

See this is what's awesome about WF, everyone fucks around and acts like assholes, but deep down they really want to help out.

Just submit a ticket there, response time is usually pretty fast. GL.

Sometimes it can be that the offer does not credit, So my first question would be are you trying to test this out to see if it is unlocking. By completing and offer more than once time?

If the offer is crediting and Blam and then not unlocking the gateway that could be an issue to how you set it up.

Could also be an issue with the end users settings and things not reading right.
