Quick update (and kinda cross post to give both sellers some love): Ordered this a few days ago, as well as tencentpiece's pr4 profiles package and did one run through AMR - went from #18 to #2 on the main target for a little 6 page MFA site. (for anyone who's curious, seomoz kw difficulty is listed as 51%, and fitness magazine and livestrong.com occupy some of the top spots)

Not saying one particular piece or the other did it - but I think it's quite the little trio for $20 plus 15 mins in AMR.
