Yeah - agreed, great film... I thought that Leonardo bloke would spoil it - but I didn't really notice him
 
Yeah i thought that, although i did notice the humongous amount of times he said "Broo" though.

I've got it on the DVR...haven't watched it yet, don't want to ready anymore of this thread for fear of spoiling it :) I did just see Lord of War too (they mentioned blood diamonds in that movie which is why the two are linked in my head) and that was pretty good. Started to have my opinion of Nicholas Cage turn back around again...until I saw The Wicker Man last night :(

What so great about that movie? Same crappy Hollywood action movie, just switched the background to africa. First 20 minute is ok but then Leo turn into freaking Rambo and kill every last one of them.

and when Leo and Jennifer talking on the porch and he started to talk about his past and cry, i was like, "yea, touchy moment, they are gonna fuck, finally it worth watching" and then nothing happened:mad:

I haven't watched it yet, but since you all say it's decent I'll watch it. I just hate his fake British or w/e accent, it's fucking annoying. All I can think about when I watch him is Titanic lol
 
indeed very good movie
I actually really like leonardo decaprio. He got a bad prissy boy rap after titanic but he really is a badass actor. I particularly like departed.

If you liked blood diamond and want something kinda similar but way more bloody and intense check out Apocolypto.

Oh man! I was gonna get the departed last night, but we ended up watching "The Illusionist"...........

What a load of bollocks that was. :repuke:
 
blood diamond was one of the best film I've seen in a long time...such a good movie, and ya decrapio was amazing in it...his accent was spot on
