If you drive prius gently, it will have top MPG.

I'd still rather go for the m3

Hah, kick arse, living in central London, I support any charge that lowers congestion, but under the new rules, city boys would've been able to buy BMW 116D's and drive around for FREE, making everything ten times worse.

That said... my seventeen-year-old 325 ain't great on the MPGs and wasn't going to face any extra tax...
