I've been at affiliate marketing full time since Jan 1st this year. This does not mean I don't know shit about marketing. I've spent the last 15 years studying this wonderful art of manipulation and I do online marketing consulting for Big Co for big money.

However, only recently I decided to eat my own dog food an apply all the advice that I give out and prove myself to... well, myself.

Long time ago I wrote some words on a webpage and without doing anything over the years this piece of content was bringing in some cash, nothing much. I think the best month was probably around $100.

Since January and applying what I do know and being responsible with my piece of content, these are the numbers (revenue):

January 31st: $344
February 28th: $911
March 31: $934
April, so far: $500~

I'm spending probably at most, $250/month on traffic, so my ROI is OK.

So, it looks like what I'm doing is sort of working. I think I'm going to break the 1K barrier in revenue in a month in April, which I think is a good milestone for me (I know 1K is peasantry to a lot of you, but I'm proud, bitches)

However, I think April is going to be my least profitable month (investing in a VPS, CPVLab, etc) specially since I don't like all my eggs in one basket for which I'm getting wet in CPA using POF, PPC and every other way I know how to bring traffic...and so far is eating me alive, but I'll get over it.

I have a campaign running in POF but I think I overdid the segmenting and them impressions are not coming trough. I'll update if I ever get this bitch off the ground.

I have a conservative milestone of getting my business to 5K/Month by the end of this year. Let's see how this plays out.

So much to learn from you mofos...I'll play with you big boys soon enough.

POF is all about proper targeting and angle. If you aren't making it work you need to get a better angle. If you aren't getting impressions or enough impressions you need to test more.
