Just got my report and there's lots to go through.
At first glance the provider delivers what they offer or more. I just started checking the links but they all appear in order.
I would recommend based on the delivery. Will follow up with effect on SERP.

Speed: 4/5 - got my report slightly over a week even after a slight change to their private blog network. i have had longer turnarounds with similar services in the past, so this was fairly quick, imo.
Communication: Can't really score communication because I never really had to communicate. Just used the order form and it was off to the races.
Price 3/5 - I received a review copy price, but would I pay the full price in the future? Not really sure yet because I want to monitor for any rankings increases first.
Quality 4/5 - Taking 1 point off because in my forum profiles and social bookmarks a lot of my anchor text got pretty screwy. I think my anchor texts were accidentally spun somehow because i didn't choose some of the keywords at all. Everything else seemed to check out ok.
Overall Review 4/5 - Everything was pretty much as advertised except for the screwy anchor texts. Going to monitor the SERPs and report back if any changes occur.
