Brokering Offers

Does anyone have any information on brokering offers? If so, post a reply or send me a message.

affiliate. I was looking at hasoffers, and it seems taking a affiliate link from another network and taking your cut is not too hard. However, working with a $1.40 zip submit from one network and then paying your affiliates $1.20 (a $0.20 cut) requires quite a bit of volume for any decent revenue.

I am sure this is not how brokering works, though.

contact the network where the offer you want is running directly, and ask if you may do it, don't just run with it
