Ok so I got my report back and thought I would leave a review for what it's worth:

Overall I would give this 10/10 ..

Roughly: 17 article directories, 32 social bookmarks , 29 profiles , Loads of RSS feeds per campaign.

There was a good selection of sites , in the few I looked at I didn't find one BS site and only 2 foreign (German) sites.. Ok so none of the wordpress blogs had stuck however everything else has for now!
The extra I paid for each article was well worth it as the quality was good , but as always the article could have been spun a little bit more :)

$4 per campaign!! I mean it's dripping with value for money :)

As for serp action , well it is what it is , it will do something.
