I received a review copy of this service and it was pretty good. Clearly the titles and content are spun, but my 3 links are included along with the correct anchor text. Most of the homepages that I tested were PR0 and most of the deep links in the report were not yet indexed by Google. I'll have to work on that on my own. There is no blogroll or any sort of OBL area except for a couple WP theme links in the footers. This is clearly a blog farm of pretty useless domains, but I'd say this is a far more useful service than say ordering 5000 profile links. Have not seen an impact in the SERPs for my terms, but then again I've only just started attempting to get these links indexed.
Perhaps in the future you could add some sort of RSS feed, bookmark, and/or ping service to help get these links noticed by Google. For the price, the service is OK as is, although at this point the OP has owned up to some kind of delay in delivering the final report. I might recommend something like this for a new post or article on a website that is already aged at least 6 months, or to help push along any properties in a backlink network, but I would definitely run the URLs in the report through DFB, a mass pinger, ScrapeBox, create an RSS feed with them, etc...
