Wow... that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
Especially because most illegal drugs originally started out as medications, until people realised that other people were actually enjoying using them. Because anything that's good for you can't be fun, after all. That's what we have Church for.

You used to be able to buy amphetamines, speed right in the fucking supermarket, in little plastic tubes shaped to be jammed up your nose and snorted as a way of curing the common cold and keeping you awake.
This was until roughly 1971, when a certain douchebag who wasn't a crook thought that people having fun was a bad thing and started a war that is still ongoing, now wastes roughly $20b a year, and is thoroughly lost.
