First off; you guys can get hosting for < $10 and only pay for one month then cancel and take away what I offer. I will give you this no matter WHAT plan you sign up with at A2 Hosting. Also: They accept PayPal!

Basically, you sign up for A2 Hosting (see my signature, you MUST use the referral link in my signature), I upload a tonne of scripts to your server. PHPselect.com All-in-one package. Contains 326 zips roughly 250 complete scripts.
These scripts include:

I'd still recommend the reseller servers (or at least the unmetered shared hosting). There quite awesome and you can sell your own hosting, or run multiple sites through WHM.

You could be running a dating site, a warez link exchange site, a hosting site AND a facebook application or 10, or 100. Applications can be setup in less than 15 minutes each, and through cross promotion they can be running in less than $50 advertising all together.
