Buying A Camcorder

I want to buy a cheap camcorder and be able to transfer video to my computer. And, possibly put them on youtube.

Any cheap recommendations?

After much research on a quality cheap camera I got the: Panasonic PV-GS300 it's a LOT smaller than it looks in the picture. The picture quality is AMAZING. I was all ready to spend 1500+ on a NICE high quality camcorder for doing videos for online but this guy has SUPERB quality for online and for real tv/dvds.
