are u serious? Did you at least check the bogs on that list to see if theyr'e still up, allowing non @theidomain to register new domains and most importantly, accept eith er rss feeds or have XML-RPC enabled?

roughly $2 per account for 100, 1.80 per account for 1000

depends on the mu's really - have you weeded out all the crap first, like sier.no etc - the ones that look ok but have active policing?. pm me the list and I'll give you a definitive quote.
