Would something like that work? It looks like you are winning the crowd over so far. In all honesty, just get started. That's it, plain and simple. Just get started. A group of 2-3 is ok but in this business the very second you piss someone off that knows your stuff, they will rape you in a heartbeat.

BTW - Your case studies and your union type of org may not seem like it but it is in fact you with another excuse that is preventing you from rolling. Bury the head, get to work, make the monies and when your financially independent you can write a book on how you did it, have your own tv show about your journey. That shit will work for you forever. That's passive baby.

It aint gonna happen with day dreams though.

I really appreciate your post and to be honest i read some other posts of yours including the most recent one when you got thru the story of your life in IM and i must say that i really liked it! There's plenty of examples with huge results in a short period of time so it can be done! Not that i'm lazy but sometimes it's better not to do things all by yourself as you might waist precious time! Anyway the purpose of this thread is to get people involved and try to avoid some mistakes! I know an expert it's somebody that made all the mistakes in a specific field and we could discuss on this topic forever! However aside of all this dick rolling and jokes on a lotta threads the people that hang around here are people with a drive for succes....and most probably with an IQ higher than the average. I seriously think that if an old aff would get involved would be awesome! win win situation! Who knows maybe even reading your post made me come up with this! :updown:
 
BTW all this BS with not beeing able to trust anyone it's kinda sad! I'm not saying to trust everybody but you MUST have somebody.....

You are missing the whole point here....
I am just asking a question! I am not asking you or anyone else to solve my "problem"! It's not like i'm not doing anything....i have some direct linking that barely breaks even or maybe loses 10-15 bucks! The whole concept of a forum is to be an online discussion site no? So why not discuss?!:jester:
 
Ohhh, gotcha, my mistake, you want to discuss making money. I thought you actually wanted to make money. You've already received some excellent advice though.

Agreed, having people you can trust is a wonderful thing. But here's the problem:

YOU AREN'T GOING TO FIND THEM ON AN INTERNET MARKETING FORUM!

When there is complete and total anonymity, people become animals. They will sell you out for an extra few dollars before you can say, "Those guys on WF were right!". It's the nature of the beast. Trust yourself. Improve your knowledge. Learn from your mistakes. Make money. Do it alone.

Keep in mind, that aside from 1 or 2 blogs out there all those super gooper affiliate "tips" are about 6 months to a year old...no one is going to post shit about how they slipped the ace in their back pocket..

It would work for sure! The only problem is people don't leave their comfort zone! I talked to some guys and it seems that one aspect that we could work on would be the testing phase when it's easier to split the expenses to find out what's converting or not! For instance i started promoting a product and i had sales the first day and continue the sell everyday so it has potential. As of beeing profitable thats a whole new post! So i made 250$ with 350$ investment to find out that 90% of the traffic comes from one keyword!(and all the sales too) That could've been done with less money i'm thinking! So whoever wants to give this a try speak up!

What's to stop the slightly more savvy noobs just saying "yea that keyword isn't profitable guys, let's drop it" and then keeping the profits to themselves? There's no accountability here.

Makes me mad. My business partner just pussied out on me to work in a shop WTF?!?!?!

Didnt have the guts to try and earn a living without an employer. I too probably need something like this but ppl are too unreliable.

EDIT: I would be really interested in what you are thinking though. Unsure how it would work. A better bet might be to try some of the member sites that charge, they have to help you make money or you unsubscribe right. Many are scammy though.
