Can i put Adsense i this site?

I purchased a forum and the previous owner was banned from AdSense for clicking hes own ads that where on the forum.

Now that i have the forum and have changed the host's can i put up my own AdSense ads up without getting banned?


And yes i have emailed Google, they told me to read there help and FAQ but that didn't help.

if the site was banned by google then no, if he was banned by google then maybe - how much do you value your adsense account?

hmmm i wish i could just get a clear cut answer out of google and not have to risk my account.

Do a reinclusion request stating that you have just bought the domain and it was banned under the previous owner. Ask what info they require to prove the change in domain ownership. Am currently doing the same for a site I purchased.
