The website which has thousands visitors but under 5,000 can be resided on shared hosting.

That's is why your hosting provider didn't suspend your website .
I mean that the website always has 20,000 visitors can't be hosted on shared hosting .

shouldnt be a problem. if it's slow then change it so semi dedi or vps
