Can you mass order?

Is it possible to mass order products such as kit kats or mars bars at prices the shops pay, even though you are not going to sell them?

I was thinking of stocking up on the chocolates and other assorted items that are not good for you, but wanted to go all out and now have to constantly buy a packet here and another one there.

Any places where you can buy goods at dirt cheap prices that don't require you to be a company to got them?
