I noticed this since about a week ago, I can't get to google the connection keeps timing out, I don't have any programs running that could create any problems, and I haven't done anything with google for them to ip ban me. Although, I can get to their site if I go through a "hide my ip" website. If I use my IP the connection just times out. What could the problem be?

I can't edit the post anymore, but I wanted to add, I cant get to my adsense or adwords account either. I can get to the adwords sign up screen, don't see a place to login, it used to login on it's own. If I try to go to adsense, it times out. I can also get to google's adwords keyword tool, that's it.
It's also just not my computer in this household. Sounds like an IP ban to me, but don't see why they would do that. Only thing I've done is have a website "cloaked" so there are a thousands of keywords as .html pages, and created a site map. I don't know anything about BH, I had somebody else do it.
Although all I was told if they found out at worst, google would delist my site and ban the domain. Not my IP. Also, this wasn't on anything high scale if that makes any difference. That website is still indexed with google as well ( I went through a proxy to check).

Do you think it could be since of Keyword Elite? I use this software to create keyword lists, and use this software quite often do you think if google saw this activity they banned me? They do require a captcha, but I can still login to google from keyword elite. I can only not connect to the domain google.com if the domain is: adwords.google.com then I can connect. If it's google.com/adsense I can't connect.
I can't think of any other reason why I could get banned from them. Lately I've been using Keyword Elite quite a bit. That's the only thing Google related I've been doing, like I said I don't use their service as a search engine. Only reason I use them is to research competitors and see search results. I started noticing I can't connect to them about a week ago.
seriously, what kind of idiot gets banned from google for not doing anything wrong. I understand if I had all kinds of black hat stuff going on, and thousands of adsense MFA sites or something like that, but even then I've never heard of anybody getting their IP banned. Maybe accounts are banned, never heard of IP bans.
